Omega Bright Steel was founded in 1971 in Faridabad, a major industrial town, home to hundreds of large companies like Lafarge, JCB, Escorts, Yamaha, Knorr Bremse, ACE, ABB, Good Year, Whirlpool, etc. and a hub of over 25,000 small-scale industries.
The Omega Bright Steel plant has been a catalyst in indigenising the production of many automobile parts by installing various heat treatment facilities.
With a current capacity of 25,000 tons, our plant supplies to almost 300 ancillary units. We will be building our second plant, on our allotted plot, in the new IMT (Industrial Model Township) Faridabad with the latest technology in the Bright Bar Industry available globally.
We concentrate on quality, efficiency of delivery and ready stock. Installed with the latest shot-blasting machinery, we ensure an eco-friendly process.

Vipin Verma brings with him over 30 years of experience in bright bar manufacturing and marketing. He has been with the company since the initial years and co-heads the operations at Faridabad. Vipin has been actively involved in overseeing the operations and modernization of the plant, as well as leading the expansion plans of the company. Given his hands-on experience in the industry, he provides valuable insights to all departments of the company, ensuring the smooth functioning of the plant and timely delivery of products without a compromise in quality.
Sanjeev Verma brings with him 35 years of experience in bright bar manufacturing and marketing. He has been with Omega Bright Steel since the initial years and co-heads the operations at Faridabad while also serving as Managing Director at the Omega Bright Steel & Components Chakan plant. Sanjeev, along with Vipin, has been instrumental in leading the expansion plans of the company and in ensuring the smooth functioning of the plants. Sanjeev ensures that the regional marketing teams achieve their targets while maintaining the company’s hard-earned reputation of high quality and timely delivery.
Prem Singh brings with him 35 years of experience in bright bar manufacturing. He has been with Omega Bright since the initial years and heads the production, maintenance and quality functions at our Faridabad plant. Prem Singh has been instrumental in setting up the production lines and in ensuring the smooth functioning of the manufacturing processes in the plant. Prem has also been at the helm of all R&R in the plant, coming up with many indigenous solutions for the company over the years.
Sanjay Bhattacharya has nearly 35 years of experience in administrative, marketing, quality and production in the Bright Bar Steel industry. He possesses an astute knowledge of appropriate usage of bar materials in different fields. He has developed critical sections in bright drawing for tractor industries and manufacturers of seat recliners, steering rods and the like. In Omega, Sanjay has been responsible for formulating marketing strategies and monitoring the sales performances of all regional teams. He also interacts with the OE clients and gives the regional teams constant feedback from the clients on price, quality and delivery issues.
